Uniqueness of the QA department lies in the fact that testers’ knowledge comprises bits from every sphere: business analysis, development, design, and the ability to place themselves in the client’s shoes. This ensures all-round testing of an application. A good tester must understand all the stages of product development.

The knowledge of the prospective employee is important but not deciding. Everything can be learnt, but to do it fast and effectively an employee must be attentive, persistent, reliable, communicative, curious, have analytical skills and desire for self growth.

The Marketing Department works on PixelPlex’s representation in the global market, customer engagement, and public relations. We keep a keen eye on where the market and our audience’s interests are headed, and we know how to effectively adapt tactics across channels to meet changing circumstances.

Our team includes talented professionals in promotion, SMM, content creation and design who constantly take on new challenges and help colleagues grow in the desired directions. We would love to meet creative and independent peers with a good command of marketing tools, a broad outlook, intuition, vision and good vibe.

People working in the Project Management Department are communicative, reliable and attentive specialists. They can reach out to any team member and organize the workflow so that the team feels inspired and proud of what they do. Our PMs establish well-managed communication with the clients which is why we get positive feedback on a regular basis.
