Description

PixelPlex is hiring an experienced Python Developer to join our Backend development team.

responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
  • Build and optimize data models and queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB
  • Work with high-load systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Write asynchronous and concurrent code for services handling large volumes of requests
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA engineers within a cross-functional team
  • Containerize and deploy services using Docker
  • Maintain technical documentation for developed services

requirements:

  • At least 4 years of commercial experience with Python
  • Deep understanding of concurrency, parallelism, and asynchronous programming in Python
  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL internals and database optimization techniques
  • Practical knowledge of and experience with MongoDB
  • Experience working with high-load databases
  • Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
  • Understanding of Docker principles and hands-on experience using it

nice to have:

  • Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Familiarity with blockchain-related backend development
  • Experience with FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
